COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by WH Night In Limited. These are the terms and conditions of WH Night In Limited (also known as “A Night In” “us” “we” “our”) website name www.a-night-in.co.uk

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older and are a resident of the UK. WH Night In Limited employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

The winning prize will be ‘Cheese Lover 2’ parcel, as featured on www.a-night-in.co.uk. The competition will close on the 31.04.2024 at 11.59. 

The use of specific brands as prizes by WH Night In Limited does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The competiton is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

WH Night In Limited’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The competition will close on the 31.04.2024 and the winner will be chosen by the 01.05.2024 at random and notified by email, by orders@a-night-in.co.uk. WH Night In Limited will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. The winner will have until the 02.05.2024 to respond, if not, they will automatically forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected at random.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 7 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by WH NIGHT IN T/A A NIGHT IN for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing orders@a-night-in.co.uk.

If requested by WH NIGHT IN T/A A NIGHT IN, the winner agrees to release their Instagram profile name to other competition participants and across WH NIGHT IN T/A A NIGHT IN social media platforms and website.

Limitation of Liability

WH NIGHT IN T/A A NIGHT IN accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize. Please be aware of scams and fake accounts asking you to enter card details or make payments, only contact will be made through orders@a-night-in.co.uk

General

A NIGHT IN reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
